Digby, who goes to Vegas much more frequently than the Mayor, hates the recently-added tram line which cuts across the front of the Luxor complex. He considers it an intolerable eyesore; a bonehead move which is an affront to civilized, sensitive people everywhere. The Mayor has to agree with him on this one. They should have put the damn thing somewhere out of sight.
