A cozy and warm Klatsch at the Heartland Cafe; chilly outside but very warm inside. Herr Doktor Terry Smith paid a return visit and brought a little bit of Amsterdam with him. The small plastic envelope you can see on the chair in the lower right-hand corner of the the pic contains a selection of post-cards he collected while in the famous Dutch city. It's tough to see them in the envelope, so here's what they look like all spread out... Terry related how, when in an Amsterdam coffee shop, he was shown a menu of available items which all contained either marijuana or hashish. The cafe employee was ready with suggestions as to which confections were best enjoyed at different parts of the day and how much time one should have available before attempting to navigate the bicycle-choked streets. Terry made the Amsterdam experience sound very interesting indeed!
