This may well mark the first time a customer -- unrelated to either Blends Roasterie on Edmonton Trail N.E. or Central Blends on 19th Street N.W. -- has purchased a coffee at both establishments within a span of 60 minutes on the same day. You might think: "Only an idiot would do such a thing!" And you'd be right. The idiot in question (seen here on the right) told everyone to come to Central Blends and then went to Blends Roasterie. Realizing that he, himself and him were quite alone with themselves at the java joint on Edmonton Trail, he climbed back in his small red car and headed for Central Blends where the rest of the Klatschers were waiting. Mary, taking pity on the pathetic old loser, bought him this nice chocolatey treat... Thnax, Mare. It was yummy.
